Shipping policy
Where we ship
Jerky Slap ships across Canada from our warehouse in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Rates and delivery times
- Standard - $12.00 - 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders of $75.00 or more.
- Express - $20.00 - 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery estimates are business days counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Weather, remote postal codes and peak periods can add time, particularly for rural and northern deliveries. If your tracking has not updated in five business days, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once the return and reshipping costs are covered.
Storage and hot weather
Jerky and dried fruit are shelf-stable, so no refrigeration or cold pack is needed at any time of year. Once opened, reseal the pack and store it in a cool, dry place.
